9.5/10
Love it! It just gives you a feeling of driving behind that Audi in a fog.

Here is some of my work(just starting with the photo mode)

Made some adjustments, mainly in sharpening the image.

Top and bottom shots feel a bit like they could be improved... not sure how. Maybe bring the rest of the shot into the Nissan shot, and Ferrari shot is lackluster in colour. Not your fault, otherwise I like it. 7/10

Now the Italia 2nd shot, I love! That picture makes me want to go out a buy one. ... in game.

^Good picture, though I don't like the angle very much. I think it could have been better had you taken the shot at the top of the hill. 7/10

Unedited, went for the stormy look:

Ok 1st go at this guys so be gentle please :)

Nice shot mate although if it was me i think i'd have tried to get the cars shadow on the other side of the car. A cool pic all the same 8/10

Can someone tell me how you do the click to enlarge thing please :0

The detail in this picture is decent, but not good. All that is visible is the headlights and only part of it is lit up. Also I couldn't figure out what car that is, and personally I think that is not all that good for a photo of a car. I'll just give it a guess, is it a BMW M5? Next time maybe zoom out a bit more and give us a better shot of the whole headlight and also show us more of the rest of the car.

I'd rate it a 4/10.

Heres mine: :)

^ That's a flipping brilliant shot! The only possible criticism is the lack of any "happening", and can come across as slightly dull. 9/10 from me, mate! And major props 👍

I like it. It's a very "action packed" shot. Has a good feel to it. 7/10

Hmmm, I think that you could make this shot a lot better. Overall, the composition is very plain, and the fireworks takes all the attention from the car. Besides, the car is way too dark. It is a night track, but you can find angles where the car is under the spotlight, so maybe you could use that. The car is positioned too centered horizontally and too low vertically, and taking a shot parallel to its side doesn't make it much justice. Lastly, the angle of the camera itself is a little unimaginative. Even a slight tilt could make the photo more interesting. But please, I'm no expert! I'm just giving my two cents, hope it can be of help :)

Please, rate mine!

^Pretty good shot, I like the sense of speed from such a simple shot. Not over the top at all, nicely done. It's be much better if PD made this premium =/ I like the car too ;) 7/10

Now for a couple of my photos.

Just wanted to say these are both fantastic shots. I think the 2nd pic would be better with a little more of it in focus. The fuzziness of the scenery is the only thing that throws me off.

Anyway,

Looking for a way to make those more "exciting". Open to suggestions :)

This is the first photo that I'm actually proud of. Of course heavy filtering for the effect, but all effects done on the PS3 with the exception of the stitching used for the HDR, which I used Hugin for (Linux).

I actually had a written copy of this thread next to me while I took the shot.

So a huge thanks to gtsomething for writing that tutorial so the photo inept can play too.

^ not bad, nice lighting 7/10

original

I really like this photo, these kind of pictures with two cars racing seems like it's happening in front of me, the one thing I would change is less blur on the R10, so it feels like its on your tail, now it feels that you just lapped it, and you crashed it on the right side, sorry I like my cars to be shining when I take shots of them :sly:, it's just my opinion though other people might differ, but beautiful shot anyway! 👍

8/10

Now for my shots:

^The Ferrari gets a 9/10. I absolutely love the backfire. The AMG shot is nice, but it's just not as exciting as the first one. 7/10.

Ok, now I'm going to post mine again since someone decided to not play by the rules and skip lol.

DOH!!! My bad. It's just hard to critique critically when I'm fundamentally photography retarded. However, I'll give it a go.

The first one has no motion, or sense of speed. Since the edge of the road is the closest to the center of the camera, you won't be able to get any blur that would portray speed without blurring the car as well. If I were to do that one, I'd be on the other side of the car, and step back a few steps. Reangle the shot so I could put some distance between the car and the edge of the road, then lower my shutter speed. It's a good shot, but has no life. It's also a very hard shot to do anything with due to the dim light.

The second shot is much better, and has some life to it. You're possibly too far from the car though. The car would be better off in the left bottom corner (rule of thirds). Then crop a good portion of the right side, or shoot in landscape to portray more depth. Less of a downward looking angle might help as well. Not much, but just a bit. That would make your mist trail look even longer, which is the real focal point of the shot.

Thanks man, and by the way its a Ford MK IV not a Ferrari,:p, I like you ferrari shots, the first one more, it just seem to me its a bit out of focus? The second seems looks cool too, what doesnt work to me though is that the headlights are ''shinning'' too much you know what I mean? I will give you a 8/10. :D

6/10 for the F430
I like that picture most. Very creative, I adjust more use of contrast or brightness to make it look less grey and blurry though.

As for the second one, the angle and everything is very nice. But also seems abit grey and dull.

9/10 for that first shoot. It would be more great if not because of that 2d trees and oh-so-shiny-clean car. :p

8/10 for the X2010. From my view, warm didn't look good on the shoots.
Anyway, awesome. 👍

8/10 for the first shot, I like the angle and the quality. Nice job with that one :)

8/10 for the second shot, I like the close up, it's a nice shot of the car :)

Very nice shots overall, but I think the sunset one and the last one are the best :)
Tried to use the guide's suggestions on these..

135i:
8/10 on that first shot. It's all great but there's just that "WOW" feeling missing. Everything else is just great! Great angle <3

350z:
7/10, I would use a diff angle, it looks like someone cheaped out and couldn't afford a tripot and decides to put the camera on the ground. Lols, and 2ndly, the car kinda blends in with the background too much. I would trying to contrast the car and the background more.

GTR:
8/10, I really love the background and the angle looks pretty sick. Love the shadows and the lights on the ground. If only the wing didn't disappear and that piece of snowflake didn't make the car look like it's growing a nipple.

Gorgeous shot. Most pictures inevitably end up feeling like they're from GT5's Photomode, but that looks like the cameraman would have carefully set down his expensive camera and fist pumped several times. Ha. Nice. 9/10

Great composition and feel of speed. However, I think it should have more contrast. I would really like to see it in a darker Toscana as well. 6/10 from me.
