Transfer it via USB to your computer. You can use your phone if you don't have a USB stick.

In the gallery section with all the pictures, you can select the pictures with an option to 'export to xmb.'
This moves the pictures to the XcrossMediaBar of the PS3.
Plug in USB, and transfer the pictures on the PS3 main menu to USB, and transfer to PC, and boom you're done.
