Hum, not really, I'm still trying several stuff out for dirt and scratches, I usually make a new layer, use a brush with several dots, make it big in size and then make single clicks over the places I want "dirty". After that I use the "Wind" filter or some blur, play a bit with the opacity from the layer and use the Eraser Brush to delete what I don't like.

Great shot! Morning is my favorite time to drive the 'Ring ;)
 
I love all your pictures Dolp, but the standard cars ruin much of realism in my opinion.
Still pisses me off that not all the cars are premiums.
