They don't. Tracks created by PD were called 'Original Circuits' in GT4, but I don't remember about the previous ones.

These include Autumn Ring, El Capitan, Test courses, Trial Mountain, Gran Valley, Apricot Hill, Deep Forest Raceway, Midfield Raceway and High Speed Ring. Can't remember more now though ;p
