    Is the intention of the thread to make me feel depressed that the same crappy toys are still available but cost nine time the price or appreciative that a 32" TV costs as much as a 16" used to?

    I had that Nikko Chariot 2. Great fun especially on a wooden floor with the rear tires removed so it would drift and slide.

    Also had that Sega Master System II and Mega Drive.
    Sold the Master System to my nephew and stupid as I was gave the Mega Drive away with the PlayStation 1 when I sold it.
    But I corrected that mistake last year. :)

    I remember reading some old Argos catalogues from the 90's a while back, was a good laugh to see what was in at the time and how ridiculous the prices were.

    One blank vhs tape from a 1979 issue of argos, oh my god, I just tried an inflation calculator, this equates to £75 in todays money.:crazy:
