Subaru WRX Group 3 Seiko

This car is not my favourite. So PD decided, it would be great if I get three copies from it in the daily workout gift. So it´s time to give it a livery, maybe it grows on me? Personally, I found this car to be a bit tricky to place sponsors on it. The hood with its strange wing in the middle, the very far downside anchors of the rear wing, the wide wheel arches and the vents on the backside door make it difficult to achieve a good design. Luckily "Seiko" fits perfect on the vents and is a short enough word to place it between the wings. As this car is somewhat fictional and reminds me more of a Super GT or DTM car, it runs in the GT Open Series. For the sacrify of design, I felt free to skip the number plate on the hood. It just looks awful.

Lexus RC F GT4 Barbie / Mattel

Initially I was thinking to make a Hot Wheels livery on the RC F Group 4. But somehow.... it was boring. Flames, Hot Wheels, Yehaaw! But somehow to meh for a mentally different dude like me. Mattel has another evergreen in their program - Barbie! I don´t see anything wrong with a Barbie racecar, do you? ;)
To be honest, I was shocked how beautiful the flowers look on a racecar. A fun way to style your mean racing machine!

Toyota AE86 Tribal Skull - LEC 47

This is my entry for the LEC 47 - Gran Turismo Underground. As far as I have understand the rules, a car has to be designed in the Need for Speed Underground Style. I tried to catch the vibe of the NFS vinyls someone could throw onto their car with this Trueno.

Edit: The AE86 seems to be the star of the bad taste party. It ended with 0 votes

Audi TT & Pontiac Firebird Masking Practice

After many Race- and Policecars, I had the feeling to make some "normal" street cars. I had already done first steps with the masking technique on my Augustiner McLaren and I liked the results. So it was time to learn / practice this tech a little bit more. I proudly present you the surviving examples of my gruel test. While the Pontiac is ok, I really like the TT.

Maserati GranTurismo MC

Yes, this livery has already 27 copies! But I had with all of them the problem, that I was not completly happy with the transfer from the MC12 to the GT. There are many versions out there, which are much better replicas, but I wanted to keep a bit more of the lines of this already beautifully designed car. So the backend of it is not completly blued out, the Pininfarina badge is between the blue stripes and the front pinstripe follows more the lines of the frontend design. I hate to be colourblind, cause I have the feeling that the blue might be a bit too bright? But who am I to judge

Alpina Inteprations Part I: E92 and F32

I was always a sucker for these Alpinas, especially the older ones. Tasteful, refined tuning of a already fine product. Professional craftmanship and the status of a manufactor, great stuff they have made. One tiny thing I still do not like, is the position of the iconic Alpina lines, for my personal taste a bit too much on the upside. Tiny thing, but I decided to see how it can work out if you move it towards the downside of these cars. Both cars are masked to give the Alpina lines a nice gold touch.

Alpina Inteprations Part II: E30 and E46

To complete the collection, I have converted the remaining two BMW M cars into my personal intepration of a Alpina. After I have worked on all four of them, I have to say, that I miss the E36 really in this game. The E30 and the E46 are also completly masked with Gold as a base paint chip. Once again my colour blindness striked, as I have absolutley no idea if I nailed the "Alpina Grün" green tone. If not, please help

If someone is interested in a different colour combination of these cars, you can give me message.

Alpine A110 Masking

This one is on my shopping list, I want this since the release of the first sketches a few years ago. The handling in GTS makes this not better. Sharp, slightly oversteering at the limit, the perfect amount of power. I'm not Walter Röhrl or *Please enter the name of your favourite driver here*, so I prefer it, when a car is not overpowered and you can reach it's limits without dying immediately.
This one is once again masked for a shiny "A" at the sides. Mirrors and air outlet is in carbon fibre.

VW T1 Ambulance & Alpine A110 Emergency Doctor Car

55 years ago a doctor in Heidelberg was the first time part of the ambulance system. The idea was, that in case of a "real" emergency a doc could help the patient a fast as possible at the place of the accident or on the ride to the hospital. As there are not so many doctors avaiable, to man every ambulance with them, they use seperate cars, often interesting and quiet fast ones for this purpose. As it is GT I decided to make a Alpine the doctors car, the T1 was a logical choice.

Alpine A110S VLN VT2 Sachs

This is an original livery, based on the idea to let the Alpine race at the VLN. As long as PD gives us not the GT4 Version of it, I will let it race in the VT2 class. Which means: Cars with up to 2l engines, turbocharged, no modification at the engine. Racing tuned ride, safety modifications, stripping of the interieur and that's it. Quiet the car you can buy at your dealership. Running on racing hard tyres and with a harder springrate the Alpine is no joke any more. Try to push it around the Nürburgring, this thing is fast but really needs your full attention.
Matching the A110S specifications, I gave it about 300hp and as someone who would race the Alpine would strip it to the naked metal, its new weight is down from 1.060kg to 1.000kg. To make a original livery happen with this classification, I had a bit of a hard time to find a good sponsor (just like in real life ). Many of them felt just "too big" on the car so I decided to go with a ZF / Sachs decal. Think it's generic enough to let the small class vibe live up.

Aston Martin V12 GT3 Vantage Davidoff

When I started the game the first time, I decided to go with Hyundai for the FIA Manufactor Series, cause I have / had some business / personal connection and history with them. But I was never able to get these cars into good positions, as the BoP is a gruel mistress and does "my" brand no favour at all. So I went with a Aston Martin contract for the next season, as their cars feel faster under the BoP rules and still are neutral enough to forgive me my lack of skills. And they look good!
Really liked my Davidoff GT4 AM, so I did a LE job on the V12 GT3 to match the "Team livery". Unfortunately these wonderful Work wheels are not avaible with center lock, so BBS is now for the big boy the virtual partner.

Ferrari Dino Muratti Rally

This whole rally thing on GTS is pretty much a joke. I mean, there are many games out there ready to blow your mind in terms of rally action. But Gran Turismo has this feature since the 2nd part and I personally find it's physics pretty decent. They could have made more with it. More tracks, more modes and more classes.
After playing with self made decals, I wanted to make a vintage rally car and went with the Dino from my DWG. Keeped it simple to conserve it's 70s charme. A italian cigarette brand was obligatory in my eyes and I made also the Historic Pirelli Rally 2017 plate. This car is a real beauty to drive, the good old mid engine days were wonderful!

Lexus RC F GT3 Prototype Condor LOT Merger

That was quiet some kind of suprise in the aviation industry. That LOT will someday purchase Condor was unthinkable a few years ago, but as Thomas Cook closed their doors, things have changed. Modern times! My childhood memories with Condor are great, I remember these beautiful 757s, which even as a passenger felt overpowered compared to the now standard A320s. And a flight with the good old DC-10 which made cause of backwinds 1.050km/h on the way back to Munich. Very impressive!
I made a merger livery out of that news. The LOT half of the Lexus was pretty simple but for the Condor part I decided to go with one of their retro liveries at their 767. As the current branding has too much Thomas Cook colours, this paint job seemed to be more suitable.
Once again I let this original livery start in the Blancpain series. I'm looking forward for their new number plates as 2020 Blancpain left the series as a title sponsor. Still have not seen a GT World Challenge board unfortunately.

Alpina E3

My career in the automotive industry is a mixed story. Also it is something I wanted to do since my Kindergarten days, it leads me to the strangest opportunities. One of them is the BMW i3. If you buy me some beer, I will tell you a story of hope, broken hearts, joy and wrong friends. But as I am sober, I will just give you a Alpina Intepration of it. Let's call it the "E3". Once again masked for shiny golden Alpina stripes

Porsche 911 RSR Paul Smith ROWE

Initially I wanted to make a replica of the ROWE 2019 Blancpain Porsche. I had already all the decals ready but I realized two things: There are already about 300(!) of them out there. And to make it Sport Mode compatible would ruin it completly in my opinion. So I came up with another idea. What if the Paul Smith 911 and a ROWE GT3 would have weird car love and became parents 10 month later (cars, there pregnancy time is a bit longer)?

Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Emil Frey Racing GT Open 2019 Replica

As I have noticed, Emil Frey Racing is back in 2020 with a Lambo in the GT World Challenge. To make them ready they participated in the GT Open Series with a GT3 Huracan. This should be a replica of their car.

While I would say I'm not to far away of it, these things are or may be different from the real car:

- The Swiss flag moved from the side to the wing cause this part is not paintable in the LC. There are different decals they use on the wing depending on the track they are.
- The hood stripes are a bit freestyle, as the design of the hood has changed from the GTS 2015 car to the 2019 version.
- Also the front splitters moved on the 2019 model, I tried to make the white stripe fit as good as I was been able.
- The roof stripes may end or are curved other than my model. There were no photos avaiable to see how the real car looks there.
- The green curved section behind the side inlet is maybe a bit different and I had absolutely no idea what the sponsor decal in the middle might be. Replaced that with a ringkurier decal provided by our @Cytoria
- I pushed the Roger Dubuis decal a bit upwards to make it Sport Mode compatible.
- Another point to make it Sport Mode compatible is the smaller GT Open plate.
- Avoided the driver names to make your name happen. Which looks pretty good imo!
- The Emil Frey sticker on the back is not every race on the car. I avoided it cause I like the version without a bit more.
- The green on the car is pure gambling cause of my colour blindness. I think it's green. But it could also be red. Or grey. Or pink. I have absolutely no idea

Some details like the front carbon, the wing and the skirt are wrapped with carbon decals. Base paint is B8 large flakes. No animals were harmed by making this Swiss Bull.

KIA F1

To be honest, I´m a bit disappointed, that this one has not happened, yet. Since years the Korean car brands are making good stuff. I had a few as my daily driver, and the building quality is getting better and better with every model I buy. Slowly they are able to give you also more and more emotion - just look at the Hyundai N lineup or at the design of the new Kia`s!
I love what Hyundai does in terms of Motorsport, the TCR cars, Rally and their awesome Nürburgring engagement. But Kia is still relatively silent in terms of racing. So I asked the question: What will it look like, if Kia entries the Formula 1?
Personally I liked the colour combination of red and silver. The slogan "Power to Suprise" is in my eyes perfect for this car.

Ferrari 512 BB Rally Group 4 Replica

What a nice idea to make Ferraris the theme for the next round in the LE competition. No doubt, Ferrari is a legend, if you think of a sportscar it probably will be a red car with the prancing horse. There are also many jewels to be found in the history of them, one especially cool thing are the Ferraris used in rallies. It´s so rebellious to use a absolutley dream car with way to high MSRP for brutal rally stages. Ferrari even planned to enter the legendary Group B after they have witnessed some success with the 308 GTB, for example a 3rd place in the Rally Corsica by Jean-Claude Andruet. A special cool looking replica of these Rally Group 4 Ferraris is owned by Max Schneider, Regensburg. Personally, I think he has made a beautiful job. He built the car from a "base" 308 GTB, for example the engine of the 308 was rebuild to make now 280hp. For the full story you can check this link: https://petrolicious.com/articles/this-group-4-spec-ferrari-308-gtb-isnt-afraid-to-play-in-the-mud

I tried to transfer it to the 512 BB, as it is the closest to the design and the performance of the 308 in GTS imo:

Ferrari 458 Lavazza Rally - LEC 48

LeMans, GT3, Targa Florio... the history of Ferraris Motorsport participation is maybe the longest of all manufactors. One thing I never stop to worship is the fact, that even a few of them participated in rally events. Maybe the Pioneer 308 GTB is the most famous of them, but a few other jewels can be found, too. I wondered, how could a modern Rally Ferrari look? I decided to use as a base a 458 GT4. I took some inspirations like the white stripes or the positioning of the sponsors from the Pioneer 308, base colour is P1 with dark red gradients.

Renault Clio and Toyota GT86 Crossover

@outofspace had the cool idea to transform a S2000 into a crossover. I tried to use that idea on two cars, I have plenty of them left cause of the humor of the DWG. This was also the first time I used these wheels, shockingly they work pretty well on a GTSUV (Gran Turismo Sports Utility Vehicle).

That Clio really works, getting panda 4x4 vibes

Alpine A110 X

Just a few hours after I had the Clio and the GT86 ready, I got some news forwarded from a coworker. There is a new Alpine Concept! You know, I love the new trend of Safari Tuning. There are some really cool cars out there and Renault just has presented at the International Automobile Festival at Invalides in Paris this incredible cool A110 X. While I do not really see a possibility, that this would result in a production car, I had immediately to jump on the waggon and make a own version of it.
This is propably one rare possibility to make use of the "Spike" tires ;) I kept the standard colour, cause it is seems to be very close to the concept.

Jaguar F-Type GT4 Arden (TWR Throwback)

And I was again late for the party. I don't know how many already joined the TWR XJS livery party, but they are a lot. So I had to find a workaround to stand out a bit of the masses. This livery could have the story that Arden wanted some more attention with a retro livery for their GT4 Jag. Tried to modernize the livery a bit and used current sponsors.

Nice! Quite like the look of the BA liveried Jag in the background of the action-shot as well. Is that an older project?

Hi @PoSM , glad that you like it.

You can find the BA Retro F-Type at page 1 of this thread, made it as I had some kind of airline livery weeks :dopey:

Toyota Cross 800 and Mazda 2 X

A few more daily workout gifts were sitting in my virtual garage and the chances that I ever find some use for my 4th Sports 800 is questionable. At least they could be transformed in Crossover liveries. The look of the snow tires is quiet a great way to get some adventure feeling into the Scape photos.
