So I have a question (finally asking after 2 years but better late than never!)
How does one create the blur/light effects that are a popular thing within scapes/race photo's in GT Sport Discovr section.
This example in the link from kanuokocha shows what I am talking about but I like the combination effect it creates in giving a sense
of motion and colour, I know the basics for changing background colour and the use of the colour bars but if anyone can give some
tips or guide me to an explanation I'd appreciate it!
