Did you guys download the free DLC scapes? Once i realized they were offered i downloaded the 9gb thing but even after restarting the game they are still blocked off telling me to go to PSN to download them but when i go there it already says "purchased". Any ideas?

Maybe try to close and open again the game, sometimes it just needs some time to allow the content for you to use.
