Just got this game and I'm hooked. Help me. I haven't had it one day and I want to marry it. I don't even have one expansion pack, either.

Please help me.

Yea. This game is fun......for 2 hours. How do you people get adicted to this game. I find it quite boring.

Exactly - I think it's much more fun with the simoleon cheat. I have one big neighbourhood set up for this one guy - he's got about 5 or 6 girlfriends, and this fantastic bachelor pad.

I have to be super careful when I take him downtown, as he's generally liable to run into at least two or three. Great fun.

I have another neighbourhood with about three or four particularly tangled relationships. You are guaranteed fights when you hold parties there. Brilliant.

I haven't really gotten into the pets yet. They're a pain in the arse.

I think the pets are fun...if you want a low-maintenance pet, get a cat. Just feed it and play with it at times and then it's okay.

I find it fun...but sometimes it gets to be a totally pointless game...

It reminds me of Simgolf - I can't explain why I can easily blow a whole day on it, I just can. They're great 'sick day' games - if you're home crook from work, you can just stick yourself in front of the game, and play as actively as you feel up to.

Press Ctrl Alt Shift C - a black text box should appear

Enter 'rosebud' (might be 'klaupaucius' if you've the original version of The Sims).

Now, the fun bit - Press Ctrl Alt Shift C again.

Enter !;!;!; into the text box, highlight it, copy it and paste it until the text box is full. Double click on and copy it. Hit enter.

Press Ctrl Alt Shift C again and paste what you just copied. Hit enter.

Repeat this until you have as much money as you feel is necessary.

you can also do something like this:

Press Ctrl Shift C and enter as many !;!;!; as you want in the text box but end it with :: . Then press enter. They will say there is no such cheat, but your money still increases.
