The slow cars...

PP is irrelevant to how much fun a car is as the system is fatally flawed. All the pleasure of lower powered cars comes from the tyres.

It's easy in a more powerful car to make a mistake and use slipstream to recover. This simply isnt as easy when you have 100hp on CS tyres. Any mistake is amplified and recovery is based not on slipstream but cornering speed, especially exit.

Driving lots of circa 350-400pp on standard tyres will always make you a much better player.

Slow cars are fun, but some of them are pretty boring. Almost nothing is boring when you're racing against other people, but a Infiniti isn't exactly high on my list of track day cars.

Totally agree with you man! I love my high revving VTEC Hondas, and all the other slow as hell crap! :D With slow cars, you gotta learn to maximize the powerband and know when to shift gears unlike faster cars which power isn't necessarily affected by early or late shifting.

Most if not all F1 drivers, still drive Karts once in a while to stay sharp and to have fun. Racing is racing, at any speed, be it riding lawnmowers or F1 cars, it's all fun if you really enjoy the "racing" aspect of the game and not just going fast. It probably takes even more skill to set up a clean pass in a Mini Marcos than it does in a Ferrari 458.👍👍

I My favorite car to drift is the beetle 1100. golded an online drirft challenge with. that or ill cruise in my stanced kharman ghia(sp?) or samba bus. lol the samba bus is fun bc its a premium so you can fiddle with the wipers and crap lol.

I just bought yet another TA22 Celica and Galant GTO MR, not only do I appreciate slower cars but I love the Japanese classics as well.

I know they barely fit the criteria of the thread since they're basically sports cars, but if I'm going to drive a slow car, I'd much prefer something like the '66 Alfa Romeo Spider 1600 Duetto, '74 Triumph Spitfire 1500, or 62' Lotus Elan S1. All of which are some of the greatest drivers' cars of all time.

This pretty much sums up my feelings on the matter. My favorite "slow" car in the game is definitely the Spitfire 1500 -- it may even be my outright favorite amongst all the cars in the game.

Try to get a midget to drift and then get back to me... 👍

That 🤬 is EPIC once you master it!?! :D

The Samba Bus is totally fun to drive on Nurburgring - my dad is a huge VW aficionado and loves every VW in the game.

Bone stock Samba Buses dueling through the Green Hell... Forced me to work on my lines, drafting, and braking to keep up (to be fair, I limited mine by ~5 HP.)

Shuffle races with Japanese classics = Powersliding madness and fun.
