All the new S3 details are now up in The Sunday Cup facebook page, including full car specs and podium pictures. You can find the page here or in my signature.

The race calender for the S3 championship is now ready, with race dates, venues and laps per race. This will be posted on the thread next week. The winner of Sundays endurance race will get an early look at the calender on Sunday evening after the race.:sly:

Very much looking forward to our special event on the 11th.
And I can only repeat Ade's request to please be a bit early. ;) We all know why!

In the meantime ... Remember the first season? ... Lovely car that Elise '96 RM ... There's some more info in my signature ... Just for old times sake! :)

The last 2 Sunday Cups I have provided real life steering geometry settings for the cars we have used, and S3 is to be no exception. Below you will see a print out of the settings of the Evora S when it leaves the factory. It includes the camber, caster and toe settings that are applied. Unfortunately GT5 doesnt allow us to adjust the caster. The print out shows the measurements for each wheel, so for the camber settings you would have to add each front wheel, and each rear wheel together to get the total measurement. Please also bear in mind that these settings are in degrees, so I am not sure how they would translate over to GT5 settings. I will try to get some info on spring rates, damper and roll bar settings next week.

Will tyre wear be kept as normal for this race? Also I'm in a race on Sunday so won't be early but should be there for qualifying.

Yes, tyre wear will be kept at normal. Otherwise we would all have to pit about 10 times. I am also going to have 1 last practice session tomorrow night at 8.00pm. My time is down to a 1.00.7xx 1:00.5xx using a set up based on the above print out.

Not sure I'll be there on time since the starting point has been moved forward. You guys don't need to wait for me thought. I'll do my best to make it on time thought.

Thanks Third for letting me know. The start time for this event was always going to be half an hour earlier than the usual start time, due to the length of the race. As its on a Sunday, and most of us have an early start the next day. Hopefully you can make it.

Great little practice tonight. It may have been few in numbers, but getting this track time will help in tomorrows race. A few changes from the last practice sees Cobani getting into the 1:00's and Dan proving he still comes from Mars. Trotterlover showed some good pace on the hard tyre. Tomorrows race is going to be busy. Dont forget the minimum laps on the hard tyre is 22, so remember this for the pit stops. Also the pit lane at Tsukuba can give you a drive through if not taken correctly. Room will open at 7.00pm. See you all there.👍👍👍👍

Remember the earlier than usual start for tonights race guys. 7.00pm room open, 7.45pm 15 mins quali with the race starting at 8.00pm.

The room is open. Good luck gents for tonights 1st ever SC enduro. Lets all have a great race. As this is Tsukuba, there are going to be cars that get lapped. If you are about to be lapped, please remember to give the position to the car lapping you. Have a great race gents.👍👍👍

If there still room tonight Ade ill be there.

ok mate.👍👍👍

I've rebooted my router and I'm getting only 2mb sync!!!!! :banghead:

Won't connect and even if it did, that speed would be no good for a room of 16

I'll have to sit this one out tonight :indiff:

Really enjoyed that.. 👍 Tsukuba is a favourite of mine.. :) I did two 33 lap stints on the medium tyre then 22 on the hard. Everyone was really fair and got out of the way when I was coming through. 👍

Looking forward to the next one Ade..

Well that was epic. What a race, thank you all for coming. 88 laps should have fully run our Evora's in for S3. Congratulations to the podium, I will post the grid and race results as usual tomorrow. Dan will get an early look at the new season race calender for his win tonight. Massive thanks to Cobani for organising the special Blue and Yellow race. That meant a lot to me. Once again, thank you Sunday Cuppers.

AWESOME. Gonna go to bed a happy man tonight. Thank you everyone.👍👍👍

Thanks for the racing tonight :) Really enjoyed it! For me the first half was great, some good battles with Rosenlundaren and happysilvia lap after lap as we were all struggling with our tyres... Then due to my inexperience racing at this track, I tried to take my pitstop and could not understand for the life of me why I kept getting drive throughs instead of an actual pitstop!!! :banghead::confused: once it even spat me back out onto the track into the path of Dowlin - sorry!

Eventually it let me in once I worked out that I had to drive REALLy slow to gain entry... this was after about 5 drive throughs!!! but by then my race was done and really it was all about staying out of the leader's way...

OK well thanks for the invite Ade, would love to join in again in the future 👍

Sorry I missed the Tribute Race - that was a nice touch by Cobani! 👍
