But seriously, we don't know until it hits how that'll be played. But they had Vinyl as the DJ which was neat. Kinda interested to see how it all turns out. All we know is she gave him a hug, people. For all we know he could be a friend. Friend hugs are things that are thrown around a lot with bronies, so 'ya never know.

Haven't gotten the chance to watch the trailer (for some reason, the Hospital's internet hates Youtube ), but I'm still feeling the same way I did when this was first announced: Not really bothered by it. Its a spinoff so I'm not surprised a lot of things were changed for this (not even the supposed "love Interest", I sorta saw that coming from far away).

Besides, we all know the real deal returns in the winter

I, personally, don't see any problems as long as the final product ends up good.

And in my opinion, the actual show hasn't ever ended up as anything less - and I'm willing to give Equestria Girls a chance, as I did with the "SUDDENLY TWILIGHT HAS A BROTHER" and "SUDDENLY TWILIGHT HAS WINGS" episodes.

And knowing DHX's track record for creating awesome pony content, it'll probably go the same way - but I'm going to go into this one totally without pre-supposition and bias. If anything, I'm remaining totally neutral until I see it, and the trailer has only cemented that. I suggest, newcomer, that you decide for yourself whether or not this is a "bad time" for pony.

Because I know of a great example of an actual "bad time" for pony.

And that was everything prior to Friendship is Magic episode one.

And I really, really don't see them slipping back into that any time soon.

Wow, that's amazing Valter.

As far as Equestria girls goes ... I'll wait and see, however the whole setup will not end in prom night with friendship(lesbian) dancing, or friendship(lesbian) arrangements, or friendship(lesbian) ... anything.

By the looks of it seems like a rather generic Bratzzzzzzzzz... kinda thing, but the same was the assumption for "Friendship" is Magic, so we'll wait and see. Kinda sucks to see it following the generic american high school with boyfriend and ... average stuff.

And kinda sucks seeing spike as a dog, it was a great opportunity to expand in a somewhat interesting male lead(well, far more interesting than SA, and he share more interaction with the ... mane(?) six, and now ... he barks).

So finally got a chance to watch the trailer (on home internet thankfully) and forgive me for sounding like a dummy but...this is a movie?



After looking at it, I'm actually willing to give it chance. So far it seems like the stereotypical setup of a Kids movie (Well the High School Portion anyway), but it might surprise me.
