Welcome Gravekeeper! It's great to see another MLP fanfic writer here on GTPlanet, plus I'm looking forward to the next part of TBoTS. Honestly, I really didn't expect this thread would become such a well known hub for fanfic discussions, but it's great to see that it is.

Also, I won't be reading TNTNE part 13 until this evening.

unit-one's TNTNE artwork is now the preview image for the Fan Fic Artwork folder (I didn't make the connection to move it there, so I thank whoever remembered to do it).
1. Because maybe not having the image from Sunset as the preview will stop freaking people out (though considering I threw art that I found from Severing in there, perhaps they should stay away regardless if the Sunset art bothered them...).
2. Because its awesome.

I have DA account, I'll see what I can do.

I bet you all thought I was crazy when I kept putting off the newest chapter of TBoTS. But now I have something to read after the 🤬 hits the fan in TNTNE.

I did it. My post above was my explanation. I also moved it to be the first thing in the folder when you open it, both so its the first thing in the queue and its as far away from the Severing art as possible.

BTW,and in the interest of everyone I'm currently reading the ED feature of the ponies personality analysis stuff

I told you the Pony Psychological Series was good. Though I see that he has made some alterations to a couple of chapters since the hub page was posted, so now I need to go reread the thing. I'm particularly intrigued by the extended ending he gave to Twilight Sparkle: Spellbound, though I'm also curious about how he changed Rarity: Loss.





Edit: I was fiddling around in the Gallery, and I just noticed that, in addition to being hilarious by itself, this Madmax comic is also a fantastically subtle play on the Staredad meme.

I understand how you feel. First the PSN was down, but that was fine. I could still play, but offline was gone, then my TV died (and is still dead) and finally my router died. So even when I was able to hook up the PS3 to my mother and fathers' TV I couldn't go online.

But I see how not having a PS3 could be even worse...

It isn't too bad. I can always do a reflow on the motherboard, but I'd rather it not break down again. It is after all an 80GB original. I like backwards-compatibility on it. And my GT5 is still trapped in the blu-ray drive.

It's a risk with the older PS3's. The question is, is backwards-compatibility worth it? Even if you fix your PS3 like you said you run the risk of it braking down.
If I were you I would go for a newer PS3.

Well, to be perfectly honest, not really. I still have a working PS1 and PS2 if I ever decide to replay older generation games for the sake of nostalgia. But still, there's some sentimental value with this fat one. It lasted me a good 3 and a half years. Say it ain't so!

Yeah, that Severing thing is disturbing.

I'm truly sorry. I put it up, and I was very conflicted when I put it up (the caption I gave the image was literally the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it on IMDB).

I'm not sure what to do about it. I really think it should be there, and I don't want to take it down in any case. At the very least, it serves as a warning to those who may plan on reading Severing and Reconnection (*cough* *cough* MintBerryCrunch *cough* *cough*) about the content they contain.

Don't read 'em until they go up on ED. I don't like reading stuff on DeviantArt if I can avoid it, and that way I can comment on them on ED and on here.

Sorry to hear about your PS3 woes, Apokalipse and MercilessOne. I don't own one myself, but a good friend of mine is also feeling the sadness of not PS3rbating (Hers was stolen)

Not only that, but on that same search I found a few other non-pony forums also having pony fanfic discussions- bronies are setting up camps in every online community it seems- growing Pony Alliance bases all over! (inb4 Rainbow Dash = Wedge Antilles)

I'm actually pretty new to the brony scene (didn't have much of an idea or opinion on MLP until April). Add to that the fact that even for communities I do like, I tend to hang out at the edge, just lurking away from a safe distance... but I'm pretty damn glad to have found such an energetic and all-around cool fandom, so cheers to everyone for that!

I hate those things. They are crappy, $4 wall clocks with a paper insert. I already have a few of those floating around my closet, so I could just pop out the glass on one of them and print out my own Pony design if I wanted to.
