You just gave it a quick mention and said it's well written but no one should read it, and talk of it died off almost instantly.

And then I brought it up again with unit-one to talk about the artwork in the gallery. Also, I put that damn picture in the gallery.

Then you read it a few days later.

I hope you realize that you lot have made me add Severing to my queue of must-reads now--any emotional turmoil I go through whenever I get to reading it will be squarely this thread's fault

Don't worry, I've taken a monk-like vow to not read fanfics while TBoTS is in progress--I don't want to get accidentally influenced or hopelessly distracted by the thousands of fics out there (that's why I have TNTNE on queue and haven't read it yet).

The only exception I've made so far is for 'Dangerous Business', because I was already reading that one when I began writing, and because dayum that's a good effin' fic that I just can't not read whenever a chapter comes out.

If you've made it through the others, you shouldn't stop this close to the end.

Severing? Well, I was interested in it, but when I finished reading Chapter 1, I was like, "well 🤬 that, that does not make any sense."
And that was it.

I don't know, maybe I stopped too early, and the story is better, than I think it is. But I don't want to to take the risk.

P.S. How big are your paintings? I looked at the very first one on 37' TV and I could see the paint brush patterns!

The first one was about 10x10 cm. Yeah they're not that big. Mostly because I draw them on a small piece of paper from a drawing pad.
Actually I'm not sure why I do that.

10x10 !? They look ALOT bigger when you see every detail. A4 paper format, or even bigger! Actually, the paint looked like oil paint when I looked at it on the big screen.

Yeah, they're on A5 sheets of paper(though I don't use up all the space on the paper). Maybe I'll have a look for a drawing pad with A4 sheets. Would make things a tad bit easier.
