You know who has an Android phone? Not me, but my mom does, and I'm downloading this thing right now.

I've always loved my Sony Experia, and the Moto Droid before it, but absolutely nothing about either of them means anything compared to this app.

I saw that, and I made this because of how badly I want it to be a reality.
I whipped this up in about 3 minutes.

I like the new ED layout.

It just really needs a conclusion, I'm sure you can do that.
Also I think that you'll find after you do one story the next will be easier the next easier. Ask Toro about how he did his, I think he'll be able to give the best advice on it as he's just finished his.
Unfortunately I'm about as creative as a brick,when it comes to new characters, so I probably can't help with your story. You know your character best so you're the best person to write about him.

However saying that in a couple days I have a few days off so I might try my own story, using some of the mane six since they're fleshed out characters already and we all know how they act. It also seems to be the thing to do these days.
I just need to have an idea like Toro before I can start otherwise the story will be as bad as the one I wrote for university. (No it wasn't MLP related, the show wasn't on TV when I wrote this) The story I wrote for Uni had my own characters, but I feel that if I could write a fanfic it would have been much better.


I too also like the new ED layout, it's much cleaner. I think that having the wider main area makes it easier to read.

Now onto your story, while it wasn't bad it was too short to explain the story well. I think that even if it was 2 pages in total it would be better, it just needs more. And what happens to him at the end? I think a conclusion is needed unless you are going to make it a series.

I need to write his thoughts while he just lies there in agony with his mind drifting in and out of consciousness. Then this:

...he rolled on his back and saw the first star in the evening sky. That's when he knew he still has a life to live.
At this moment he felt something other than pain. A warm feeling in his back legs. He received a cutiemark. A white five pointed star...

Night falls. Then he tries to stand up all dizzy and stuff. Finds a pond and discovers that his fur is black as hell and tips of his mane and tale are red. Scars and briuses.

Yeah, kinda depressing.

I like the implication that the Sonic Rainboom from when everyone were fillies caused bad things to happen as well as good.

That is a good base to build a story off of, I think.




Also working on my new Trollmobile: Pinkie Pie Edition for GT5 online races. My last 3 Trollmobiles were quite fun to use, so I hope this one turns out the same way.

Thanks Toro, I also got a message from the expert behind TNTNE, he described why I am having problems writing this story.

First of all I need to learn more English words=) (that's my thought)

1. Hook up new 5.1 headphones.
2. Play Suited for Success to test how well it splits the channels.
3. Turn off everything but the center channel (including the bass).
4. Marvel at how everypony sings the lyrics to the songs, but without any background music.

And yes, Giggle at the Ghostie is absolutely hilarious without the music. I'm gonna try At The Gala next.




I get far too much entertainment from stupid crap like this. Though at least I now know how so many have been able to do remixes with the lyrics for all of the songs, which is normally pretty difficult to do.

So I was at the beach earlier, and my sister was affraid to go out where the big waves were crashing.
My solution? I sung Giggle at the Ghosties....the whole thing, all the way through. And while jumping over/diving through large waves.
It was hilarious.

Edit 2 - Electric Boogaloo: I finally listened to Winter Wrap Up with only the center channel on. Oddly enough, you hear Twilight singing some of Applejack and Rainbow Dash's parts in the song instead of them.

How much effort would it take to transfer all of the Vector images, and comics into their own separate account?
Seeing as they take up ludicrous amounts of room.


I would actually do it myself, but it would take forever to download all of those images and transfer them myself with my current connection strength.

That depends on how long it takes to download them (and having a browser that will actually let you drag and drop would make things much easier). Because I'm pretty sure you can't batch download images, I think it would be easier to fill this one up and just start a new one with most of the same folders; but I don't know whether it would be better to do it that way.


The only caveat is that I would rather not divide the Fan Fic Artwork, Pony Swag and GTP Bronies Originals albums up between two galleries, for obvious reasons, so we'd have to leave 50 megs or so wiggle room so we can continue to add stuff to those in the original gallery as we need to.

Since it's possible to download all of the files from an album at once, that part would be easy.
The problem is re-uploading them, but with the Picasa3 App you can upload entire albums at once, the only problem is it converts the files to .jpg when it uploads them, so if we don't want to loose any quality that's out.
EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot .jpg doesn't support transparency, so that's completely out.

I might be able to find time after my vacation to do them a few at a time if we decide to move some of the larger albums while preserving image quality.
I just don't really like the idea of splitting albums into pieces. It seems like it'd make it harder to find the pictures you're looking for.

If it makes you feel any better, Toro, I've seen fics with far more typos than you'd think on ED. You'll be fine, I promise.

You can batch download? How? I was looking for an option, but I couldn't find one.



Anyone not running Firefox 5 should be able to simply drag and drop all of the pictures back into the gallery. That's how I uploaded most of the Vector gallery in the first place. That's not the problem.
The problem is that someone would also have to go through and re-comment all of the image sources back onto the pictures, and almost all of the images in the Vector Art album are sourced (and probably half of the comic pictures are sourced as well).
