I am going to gut the designer at Microsoft who thought it'd be a good idea for controller charging stations to emit a high-pitched beep every three seconds when charging.

I think the .gif editor I use is Microsoft .gif animator or something. You should be able to copy/paste the frames from that into a photo editor and then save them.

Just open the image in the program.

I just checked and GIMP allows it.

Are you running Netscape Navigator on a 56k modem or something? How does that keep happening to you?
Also, at the very least I can't think of any relatives who have that color scheme, so that's actually an improvement for him.

With the way things are going, I'm not quite sure which of those it is. I don't know. Maybe I'm just frustrated at the lack of good innocent Braeburn art.

On the right there should be the layers/frames. Just click on the eye icons and the layers will turn off and on.

Hmm well I saw the layers tab at top, but I don't see any eye icons. There's even an open layers option which doesn't seem to do anything.
