Well, I watched an episode of My Little Pony, and this show isn't bad! I watched the two part with Discord. I kind of like that Rainbow Dash character. I might watch this show more. I get it in Canada, so it's all good. And we have a terabyte PVR (though it is 35% full, with loads of movies), so there's plenty room for more ponies. Now when will I watch Robot Chicken?

Oh wait, update: Just watched another episode: Lesson Zero. Talk about a close call in deadlines.

I'm starting to sound like an old record but... Your artwork here is awesome. This new Big Mac looks really cool. I completely agree with everyone, the noise works well and the smoke from the straw looks cool. I'm not forgetting about the fog, it helps to make the piece work. The new shading helps it look less 2D like you said.👍

I thought it was from the sonic forum Toro is on. One of the people there uses the name Octavia and Coffee asked if he was always a jerk. Then they started talking about Octavia being a guy. I think... I could be wrong.

I knew that someone would mention the fact that Skoda are owned by Volkswagen Group and that the Octavia is based on the previous generation Jetta, I just knew it!

Yeah, one of the most interesting things is the Skoda logo, which actually resembles Octavia after a few bottles of whisky.

That is perhaps the best and most succinct description of hipster I've seen yet. 👍

What really, really, REALLY irks me about this whole thing is that when you go look up the definition for Hipster, you get the same definition as for an Indie or a Bohemian, when the last two are the real thing, and the other one (Hipsters) are posers for the other two.

Okay, I have 2 choices:

I spent the best part 30 minutes fiddling about with that image in order to get the background right (a process that would normally take me about 30 seconds). There were a few minor problems that I had to sort out which is why it took so long to finish the background on the second image.

The thing is, I actually prefer the image with the original background, so basically I just wasted more than half an hour of my time editing an image that I was happy with from the beginning, but oh well.


Anyway, this is relevant:

^I like it with the original background. And I've wasted more time for less. about 45 minutes coloring one of the grayscale images from a while ago, and then GIMP locked up and I had to scrap it.


Also, just noticed that thing about South Park doing a Brony episode. My initial reaction was "Please, no" but then I figured it would be cool to see their take on the show, and then I found out it was fake....
