And I just watched "Lesson Zero" and "Luna Eclipsed" with my sister.
She asked why my face was like I'm about to cry when Luna yelled "Be Still!"
(Luna's voice there is just so epic with that echo)

Also, she said, that it's a good cartoon. And when I asked if she wants to adopt Sweetcream Scoops and Minty. She had a big smile on her face.

Why am I neither of those things? I hadn't even really thought too much about Gilda lately, but now that I am I don't feel as much anger toward her, or any at all for that matter.

^Well there was that, and I also downloaded Heart of Gold Feathers of Steel, and when I realized this while skimming my pdfs, instead of thinking my usual "Why did I download this?" I thought "Hmmm..." so out of no where I'm considering reading a Gilda redemption fic(After Allegrezza, of course.). Whatever, maybe after a month+ of not even thinking about Gilda's character and 2 of not having seen that episode I'm feeling more open to the idea of liking Gilda....

I have a neutral view on Gilda these days mainly because I haven't watched Griffon the Brush Off in a while, so my negative view on her has subsided lately.

See, now I'm jelly, because that's really, really nice-looking. The only Apple product I have is an iPod Nano (the small, square one from a few years back), but I've always hated iTunes's ungainly obesity and general DRM shenanigans (even before I was gifted the iPod), so I use WinAmp to manage my pod. Man, if only my laptop didn't have a damn metal band running vertically across its cover... And I do mean an actual slightly protruding metal strip, not that I have an Iron Maiden cover on it or anything. Though that would be just as awesome as ponies. Aces High should totally be The Wonderbolts' theme.

Good afternoon! Browsed the TV listings and set up a few episodes to record to our PVR. Let's just hope my parents don't realize that I'm filling up this thing with ponies. But I doubt it'll overflow with it. There is roughly 650 gigabytes of memory left on this thing and and one season, 26 episodes is only about 17 gig. Well here we go. In other news, I've started drawing rainbow flags on the back of my homework for high school. Although it's just a useless mark for saying that this work is "Certified Naveek Darkroom" work, whatever. And I nicknamed it the Rainbow Dash. And nobody there knows I watch this show, or what the symbol means. I might post a pic later. Next thing you know I'll somehow get a Cutie Mark!

I'm actually planning of printing out a Rainbow Dash cutie mark for my bike helmet, just because I can.

I just can't write AJ, I can't reinvent or re-imagine her in my head like I did with Trixie or Scratch/Octy...

I dunno, that's probably an over-generalization, though I haven't read the sheer number of fics you guys have. That shouldn't deter you from the pairing though, because not all tropes are bad, after all. You can take something that's been done a million times and make it work with good writing. For example, as I mentioned before, Dangerous Business starts with the ever-popular 'Twilight catastrophically messes up a spell' trope, but I consider that fic one of the best adventure fics out there.

As for the recent drama, I figured it was probably a case of tempers and misunderstandings aligning all to well; when I came in today and saw the title change, I thought to myself, "Toro's in his OP, All's right with our Ponies."

Oh, and BTW, this thread is now about Gilda.

I looked at your pony gallery. There was a picture of a violet pony. You said that she became black after an accident.

She was flying through a cloud when Rainbow Dash performed the Sonic Rainboom for the first time. Instead of the events that caused the mane 6 to get their cutie marks, some weird **** caused her colors to change.
