I know he's written normal stories, and again, I didn't expect him to be off-the-wall crazy, it's just the way he talked about the story just wasn't what I expected, I didn't really have serious expectations for his personality as a whole.


Also, even though Twilight is best pony, I do agree that Apples are the best family.

That's pretty cool. My dad would probably like the Metallica album, but I don't know what my dad would think of a shirt with ponies. He was confused when he saw me watching the show, so what would he think of the shirt? Anyways, that Wonderbolts shirt is cool.

Seeing something he likes combined with ponies could work to help convert him.

But a word of warning, be careful showing non-bronies things they love being combined with Ponies they don't. From what I hear from people it works 7 times of 10 for converting people, but those 3 times it doesn't work usually end up completely backfiring.
