heheh, I didnt see one of these already, so here it is:) Feel free to post your spots, and semi-detailed instructions for them:) I'll edit them into this one, they there'll be one big guide:D

Portland:

[*]Supa Saver building- Jump off the L-Train Tracks to get up there, also has a hidden package. Unprotected from helicopters.

[*]Train tracks (anywhere)- Unprotected from helicopters and are at risk of getting bowled over by a train.

[*]Moma's Restarant- The area where you have "meetings" with Tony.

Capitol Autos-Drive a car into the building with the banshee, and stand on the roof of the car, you will have a good view of the intersection behind the AMCO station, and lots of pedestrians go by

Building with Rockstar Billboard in ChinaTown-Climb up to the top of the roof and, jump past the little protective thing, onto the slope of the roof. views of all the streets below, but you are unprotected from helicopter fire.

Building across from Luigi's club-Go down one of the alleys betweent the XXX mags building, and the street infront of luigi's. Climb the stairs and up the ramp ont he building to a hihger building. Offers views of the intersection below.

Building with all glass windows, across the street from subway(hidden package inside)- Run in and fire at people and cars from inside. cops wont come in after you, but they will fire form the edge. normally they hide behind the columns. just stand in the middle of the room, and fore ockets at the columns, which will kill the cops.(NOTE: the cops will run in if you get to close to the outside)

Staunton Island:

Carpark-Offers many spots. Ont the top level, stand on the ramp for the unique jump, it might help to have a car to stand on(might wanna blow it up beforehand, so helicopters don't do it for you:)) Unprotected from helicopters.

On the 3rd floor, park a Rumpo, Pony or somthing similar in one of the corners, and fire between the gap. offers views of the streets below, with plenty of peds, but cars don't spawn for some reason???

On the 1st floor, stand about halfway between the back wall and the garage entrance. Give you a view of the peds from across the street, and depending on how close you are to the entrance, cops might rush you.

Internet Cafe-Across from where you get the BP Patriot. use the second floor, offers a views of the streets on either side. Just dont get too close to the edge, of the cops will shoot you.

Kenji's Casino-Fire away from any of the levels on the casino. Unprotected from helicopters.

Building across from Pan-Lantic Site (Near RiseFM also)-The building has a patio, drive up the stairs in a Rumpo, Pony, etc... Stand on top of the car, and fire away. Offers a view of the streetn between you and the construction site. Semi- Protected from helicopters.

Stadium-Climb the stairs, and use the little side paths to either side, offers a view of the street in front of the stadium, unprotected from helicopters.

[*]AMCO HQ-The AMCO building near the police station in Stauton has a flight of stairs that go up to a ledge that looks out into the street and two intersections.
Viper Zero

The Pedestrian Bridge- Near the Subway entrance by the Casino. Climb up the stairs and fire away at the cars below, the cops wont run up and get you. Unprotected from helicopters.

[*]The island hill in the park-. The police will jump their cars off the bridge above trying to get at ya...

[*]Little bridge with rusty color support beams- On the perimeter road, west of hte pan-Lantic construction site, in the Cartel area. You can walk up the top of the support beams. Unprotected from helicopters, and the Cartel may shoot at you.

Shoreside Vale:

The little guard shack outside the gate of the cartel mansion-(This one requires lots of flamethower ammo to work (and luck that no car explodes near by)). Just stand inside, the glass is bullet proof (i think), but since the flamethower has the uncanny ability to go through walls just fire through the walls. Once you get cops around you you can get off a chain reaction. Works best with the over head view

Hideout-Stand inside of you hideoout and use it. Offers views of the intersection at the light, and the streets in front of and to the side of the hideout. also has its own supply of ammo, health, cop bribes and armor:)

[*] Accessable only by plane

Hospital in SV

Hideout in SI

Casino (other part) in SI

'Pepsi street' (as I call it) building

Building opposite (east) Liberty tree (easy to get on cos you can smack into the building)

Building (one of tallest in Liberty) opposite Construction yard south side (hard to get on though)

Man - I thought I was the only sick individual, who on a non-save game (other than the car-park when I make out alive and get to the Pay'n'Spray on six stars) would load up a sniper rifle and a rocket launcher and find somewhere nice and high, and then make people and helicopter pilots sad...

Nope, your not the only one 😈

I go on a killing rampage, wheni iget bored of doing missions:)

My favorite pastime is to get 5 stars with the tank in SI. Let he FBI smash into the tank:) One lap around the island, and presto, you have 500-700 more kills 😈

Yeah, you go from the cafe, go all the way down the street until you see an arch tunnel, turn left there and the AM building is on the right.

I go on a killing rampage almost all the time. Somebody pisses me off in the game then I just go off on anybody who gets in my way. 😈 😈

i can give you a few access by plane places:

Hospital in SV

Hideout in SI

Theres also a little bridge in Staunton Island, somewhere in the Cartel area fairly near the tunnel. You can walk up the top of that. Unprotected from helicopters, and the Cartel may shoot at you.

if u go up the hill in sv (the big one by the observatory) and get close to the edge pretty much anywhere you get a goof view and the fbi just roll themselves over trying to get to you.

new (Plane only) one found today. Basically above tw@. The overhead road thing (you'll know what i mean when u get there) and theres a lot of scope. Theres also possibilities (havent tried them yet so dont know if theyre solid) at the top of the girdered building with azuka at then construction yard. I nearly got on that one - and a few buildings south down the road.

Certian areas are solid in the pan-lantic site. but from what i read(never been there myself) its really a bad place, cause your too high up.

its fun to try anyway. U may well be right, but the same is true of most plane accessable areas until u turn the cops on - they seem to appear whatever the height. hehe :D :fdevil:

here's an addition:

platform at Portland police station:
go to the police station, and there's the flight of stairs up to a platform between the police station and the hospital. Stand next to the wall and the "fence" of the platform. Cops won't get to you, but helicopters can, but there is plenty of time to blow them up before they get to you.

Blueish-green walkways on Stanton side of the lift bridge:
go to the start of the lift bridge on the Stanton side, and where the spiral stops on the out side of the spiral, you can jump(or ramp a car onto it)onto a walkway that goes out to the first bridge support. You can shoot from this platform over the road, and it's simi helicopter proof cause of the bridge. You can also run out to the bridge support and jump over the walkway fence and onto the support, where you are under the bridge deck, and you can sorta shoot(cause it's fairly far from the land)from it, with full helicopter protection, but you are stuck there till you kill yourself cause the walkway fence is too high to jump over from the support.
