As far as I can remember, Gran Turismo 5 was up for pre-order for a long time before its actual release date. I'm not sure about the exact date, but my guess would be that gran turismo was up for pre-order as far back as of march of 2009. Feel gree to correct me if I'm wrong, but the point I'm trying to make is that according to the US Census Bureau (for 2009), there are 1.8 deaths per second worldwide, meaning that there are over 100 deaths per minute. Furthermore, there are over 150,000 deaths per day and over 55 million deaths per year.
Quoting this article from GTPlanet https://www.gtplanet.net/amazon-uk-cancels-gran-turismo-5-pre-orders/ , it is safe to assume that gt5 was available for pre-order before the 11th of August of 2009. Therefore, if we take August the 11th as the date gt5 was first made available for pre-order we conclude that gt5 was released 1 Year and 15 Days later.
During that time, approximately 57 million people died. Now here's the kicker... How many of these people actually pre-ordered gt5? Some other questions I have are should they get a refund? Will they get a refund? What happened to their PS3?
Feel free to add on the subject....
