Are their any cockpits pre-made, or it all has to be custom? Im also looking for a seat with surround sound and vibration.. Any ideas? Thanks.

There are plenty of both. Keep looking through the threads as just about every idea is in these pages. Many have links to premade setups.

racesimcentral is the biggest simracing forum available there you will find most cockpits somewhere...

What is your limit? I am thinking about the obutto ozone... Looks like a gamer will work perfectly with that... If you want stronger force and don´t want to use dual gamers there is mdf style cockpits that is suitable for the LFE. Otherwise mini LFES can be attached to most chairs.

The cockpits that include bass shakers is generally very expensive.
