From what I can see, you asked a question here: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/earning-quick-credits.385437/ about earning credits quickly, to which @Famine answered almost immediately by redirecting you to a guide on the news page answering said question.

If your follow-up is "Why was it closed?" that's a simple one: In all likelihood you would have received the same advice from several other members (the reason the guide was created in the first place) and it would have been an endless train of "Yeah, this." with some YouTube videos sprinkled in for good measure.
