At least he's trying to pay for his tuition. There are a lot of English who come up to Scottish unis to escape from paying tuition fees.
 
I saw that in the paper the other day. It's paying for his university top-up fees (British University costs). Except it went further than that :D

It's annoying and amazing at the same time! :crazy: Such a basic but clever idea, I wish I had thought of it. Does that mean he has the copyright to the idea or could anyone do that??
 
notice how 20 cent pixels has NOTHING on it. Hahaha.

Maybe more expensive is the answer. I'm gonna make 20 dollar pixels. pay for my stripper fees. :rolleyes:

Start off with a fully covered picture and when people pay 20 dollars you remove the covering on one of the pixels, exposing part of the stripper? :p

20 cent per pixel and they still can't sell a single one. Of course that makes sense, because it is only funny the first time. So lame to copycat another site.
 
It depends on which college you go to, under New Labour they almost all have top up fees now.

i thought college in england was free.

College in the UNITED KINGDOM is free. But college over here is teh first level of optional scholing after compulsory schooling. College is generally 16-18.

Then there's University which is 18+ and is where you get a degree. That is not free, and it's getting more expensive all the time.
