I saw on the news that Microsoft is also having a similar deal. If you bought ANY Microsoft software between 1995 and 2000, you can get a rebate towards a new computer or software.

I saw this. And I thought this is why law firms LOVE class action law suits. No one will get more than $20 and, if enough apply to where the distribution would be under $5, no one gets anything.

Except some non-profits, they say, who'll also get a lot of CDs. Which will also probably serve as a nice tax write-off for the $165 Million or so the firm(s) will be getting.
