Race 1
Track - Watkins Glen GP
Race Length - 20 Laps
Weather Report - 1:00pm - Light Clouds

Race 2
Track - Sonoma Raceway GP
Race Length - 22 Laps
Weather Report - 1:00pm - Clear Skies​

Per the above post - Below are the top 10 drivers with provisional entries into the Main Event. The below listed drivers (not listed in BOLD below) need to confirm their intent to race this week by replying in this topic (no later than 8:00pm eastern on Race Day) with a simple post that they plan to race this week (Example - I plan to race this week or Confirmed). I will update the list accordingly.

Well, since that was a test of the lobby, I think a report is in order. :)

I had two technical issues leading to the first race. I couldn't see everybody so I backed out and returned. That seemed to do the trick. However, when I returned and went to track I was stuck in bumper cam. I left the room, closed the app, then restarted and returned. Camera issue was solved, but right before qually started I was only showing 5 drivers. Then, as the session changed to qually I was magically able to see everybody on track and everything was gravy from there on out.

So with 2.0 out, is it time for me to make the switch yet or is still a little "beta" feeling?

We had 9 for at least 3 races I think. After some minor issues things seemed to go pretty smooth.

I read and it worked for me that if you are stuck in bumper cam, do the following

Click "drive" so it gets you on the track and don't push any buttons until the game hands control of the car to you after exiting the pits. once you have control, then you can change your view. If it doesn't, try it again and again don't push any buttons until after you have control of the car. It was worked for me twice.

Joe we want you with us on Tuesdays and Saturdays so make the switch Zii says IMHO gt6 doesn't compare to pcars and what little issues are being reported are about the same as the issues in gt. not seeing people seems to just be a common thing across both games/servers. But all in all its way more immersive than gt6 ever was.
 
Im pretty confident on the switch. Found it to handle better and have a little more power and torque along with a slightly higher top speed.
 
Wanted to give an update on the active driver list, we are currently at 10 drivers. I have moved all the other drivers that expressed interest when we first started to retired driver list since I have not heard from them in several weeks.

That said, if you know anyone that would be a good fit, let them know we are accepting new drivers until next week.

Remember to refer to this list for picking your number. No two drivers can have the same number. I will update the list as they are posted​
 
I'm going to try and be online for a test/tune session at Watkins Glen tonight at around 9:00 if anyone I interested in joining. Not sure how long ill be online though.
 
there is a chance I'll be online tonight to tune & test at Sonoma GP around 8:00 or 9:00 pm eastern if anyone wants to join. I'll send invites if your online
