Does anyone know a shop selling the ps4 gt rim on its own? I am sure I came across one some time ago but just can't find it.
Oh, and it'd be helpful if they ship to Europe.

If you go to Thrustmasters EU website, you are able to buy the different parts that make up the wheel set. I was able to buy a replacement T300RS base from them as my original unit had died on me, a few months after the warranty had expired.

The warehouse is based in France and they offer a 48hour courier service. The one big problem with using them directly, is if there is a problem with the item you bought, you will have to deal with customer service via email, as they do not offer any telephone support (for English speaking customers). My base unit was faulty and it took them about 18 days to get a working unit to me.
