I have the feeling that I have improved since installing the "conical rubber mod" for the brakes on my T-GT pedals (not sure if they are exactly the same as the T3PA, they look a bit different, but I guess mechanically the same). It's easier to get it right whether you fully hit the brakes or only lightly with the mod.
Also previously I was using a lower FFB setting (2 torque, 2 sensitivity) and while this is fine and comfortable for FWD and 4WD cars (as you will hardly ever have problems when accelerating out of a curve with these cars), I have changed this to 3-9 now for RWD cars and it looks like I spin out much less now. Even was able to do two consecutive pretty fast test laps in the GT3 Porsche on Dragon Trail without assists and without spinning out yesterday (spun out last curve in third lap tho as I was getting too confident ;-)).
I upgraded to a T300 re gt edition from a T150. It had the T3PA pedals, idk if it's the difference in the wheel or the pedals but I've shaved quite a bit of time off my laps. Wanna say its more in the pedals with the mod installed as someone above said. I think it's easier to brake.
Thanks for your advice guys. I think I'm going to stick with the standard two pedals with the T300 for now, as the quickest driver in Europe yesterday said he has exactly the same setup as me. I think it requires a lot of time to get used to the standard two pedals. I haven't set up the FFB which could be a major factor. I'm probably one of very few drivers who drives without/barely FFB. Might help me out
