Unlike most of you guys i'm not even a fan of the this TT! 🤪
The massive understeer drives me crazy and "Scotties revenge" does the rest ...

But somehow this seams to fit me realy good. If the Dutch stop fighting for the lead, i might even post a sub 1% time.

I started this TT on flatscreen, due to a little disease. That ended in a 1:11,9.
Yesterday i switched to VR and shaved off half a second! And today i managed the lap shown above.
I'll stick to this for the next week, hoping for that 1% lap.

Sneaked in a few more laps with the GTO and slipped into silver without external help per se, not sure how shaky it is though:

Optimal is marginally better and there's certainly some more time to gain - but I'm going to look for external help now and see how far I can get. 1.5 seconds to gold, maybe rather 1.8-2 to be safe, that's a hard ask Goal is still to keep it at stable silver.

Putting a couple dozen laps into the Nordschleife/Swift combo finally gave me the confidence to take on the Circuit Experience. Six months ago, never would’ve had the skill to tackle gold. But just achieved it today, with a 6:36.800. I forget who wrote it here, that hanging around this forum could make anyone an alien. I’m not alien yet… but oh boy… I am feeling goooood 😀

Couldn't realy stop, wife watching tv and I'm blasting around one of my favorite tracks, I have a soft spot for this.... plus the GTO hanging above my bed as a kid does help too 🤣 what an epic car!, and that sound above 7000rpm is just 100% Ferrari.
Maby a tiny bit to slidy and hell on the trailbraking into T1 ....very demanding for the fingers on the pad!

But definitely a very nice combo imo!

Thought I owned this Ferrari but nope, have to keep an eye out for one! Rental it was and what a handful! The lack of brakes plus controller on auto is not a good combo so I'm done if this Bronze holds.

it's already more difficult with the Mercédès and the chicanes-saucisses 😅
but for me, it's a notch above with the GTO ...😡

I did 80 kms last night for a 43.6xx.....with an opti of 43.1xx.....not so far from gold, but......

Senna's "S's" are torture and when I see how quickly my phantom lips are moving away from me, I wonder if we all have the same tyres.....😂😂

as usual, I'm going to wait for the "aliens" to set us the threshold to reach and I'll insist a little for the 50th gold medal.....

True, very difficult for the GTO on these tires sector 1, you realy need to trailbrake deeply into the first turn and if you have a lot of trouble with oversteer you can even go to 4th before the lefthander, even then you get tons of oversteer but it's a bit better to handle 😁🤣, but what I noticed yesterday was, a little slower in means less wheelspin out 😁

This combo screams bronze drift challenge... so before setting any grip lap times, I had to try. Barely into the 51s atm, but if I manage to carry more speed through T3 and find a decent entry to connect T4 and T5, bronze might be achievanle. Uploaded a replay of one attempt to my profile.

after setting a time at Interlagos that's just good enough for gold, I diverted my attention back to Grand Valley because a) I wanted to secure my top 100 and b) it's just so much fun.

In the end I only improved by 5 hundredths, but because it's so crowded on the leaderboard this was enough for 24 spots, so I think I can feel safe now. Side effect: I edged my way just past @bliprunner

Not sure yet If I go back again or focus on the Ferrari next. Kind of depends on what @bliprunner and @Gomario JSP have in store. I did see a 1:10.888 optimal, but ... well we all know what the deal is with these optimals

I yelled all week that I would hammer the Delta, and know a .9 is definitely in the cards, but now I tasted the GTO I'm not so sure I will return 🤣, maby.... just on the last morning 🤪🤪

The Fezza is much different than I would expect, feels very light and sprightly, much to my surprise. The brakes take some getting used to and re-programming your brain to set your brake markers 50% further back than usual takes some doing. So far barely silver but gold may be reachable.

A 60-mile stint last night after work only got me 2 or 3 thousandths. Ugh, still about 7 tenths to carve out if want to be inside the Top Hundos. 😬

I did return to GV and could improve significantly (thanks for sharing your Ghost @rheinaoi !). With a good feeling I went to Interlagos, a track I like a lot. Unfortunately I have problems to handle that beautiful Car and left without a good feeling... 😂

Finally made it into .11 with the Delta tracklimits are strange sometimes you get a reset some other not ...safe for gold might skip the ferrari TT did 1 lap test #crappybrakes 😅
