Ok, I wondered how I managed to gold so easily, it’s a fairly easy one, I don’t have many gold so this will be a welcome 4th,

Don’t normally do TTs for anything more than picking up some cash for car completion, I thought as I’m doing well daily racing this week at Sardegna I’d do well here,

The TT at Maggiore reminds me of my skill in TT’ing, and that nuts lacuna one which I can’t even get bronze on 🤣

Did some runs for about an hour tonight and got some improvement at both Sardegna and LM. Cut a second and a half at Sardegna.

Is there any place where we can see the fastest sector times of the top ranked or all players for the TT? (For instance in F1 after a practice or qualy session, the fastest sector times achieved by all drivers are made visible).

It would be really insightful in getting to see individual sector times achieved by the top ranked players. That would also help in understanding which is the weakest sector of Yourself & where You need to push/improve more.

As far as I know there is no such place that collects that data.
Only possibility is If top players save ghosts to watch every single replay, and write down numbers yourself and do the math and table.

Morning folks,

Did a whole bunch of laps in the Clio this morning,.....this one is kind of cursed too! 🤣 running 3 flawless sectors was just not in the cards, fastest S2 split was a 23.738 😵‍💫😱, ...pb lap was 23.837 and I kinda messed up the grow some b*lls corner too by beeing sideways way to much.
So technically a .4xx could be possible I guess 🤔😃

I think I was the vents and hooddecal that made it faster today 🤣

Although I had a bad sector 2 I still got into the high.5 ...not to Shaabbbyy at all but there is definitely more!

I'm off fishing 😁

Vrr is for variable frame rate, a must for gamer tvs. Ideally you'd need a tv with 120hz and VRR capabilities.

Nice to have a slower road car for a change. Enjoyed setting this time. I have a tenth through S1, but stringing it all together is proving to be difficult.

This is worse than Gr.4 time trials. Sitting at +1,8% would make me happy and proud (merci @Pesselles for sharing your ghost!) but there are too many people below 2:06 that I have the urgent feeling that I must return (no thanks @Pesselles...😉).

Optimum is 2:05:7XX at the moment and if there is time to come back I will attack.
(@Wilsonson : leave it that way! Your lap time is simply to sixy... 😈)
 
Hey folks - hope everyone is well. Had about 15 laps on the Clio last night and the same on the Honda this morning. Staying away from the Corvette thing. Decent start on both and looking forward to getting back to them over the weekend if possible. I'm dozens of pages behind, but kudos to all of you for continuing to push!!

There are 9 places on track that I can gain on my ghost, but it's a 2 minute long track so that ain't happening all in one lap.

But please tell me if I'm doing something wrong technique wise at any point on the track.

Cut more of turn 4 (second hard left) for earlier apex for turn 5. Apex earlier for the high speed left hander before last hard left. Just don't ruin my dg score 😂

I prefer stability through turn 4 so I try and avoid mounting grass. And as for the fast left, nothing really works except for praying🤣.

Don't worry I won't improve by much more If I do run again. I get too nervous If I hit a .4xx at split 2, can't seem to convert it.
 
Day before yesterday I played this TT but couldn't improve as had a mild headache. Came within 2 tenths of my PB. Yesterday didn't play as was tied with Monza FP3 & qualy. I play the game in the evenings.

I wonder if it's a wild coincidence that the latest TT is from Italy to coincide with Monza F1 race weekend. Nonetheless, love the flowing nature of this track.

P.S. - Was it in GT4 or 5 where all Your friends ghosts would appear together as racing lines together when playing the TT. That was so much fun as we could see the different lines all would take coming to the apex of a corner.

Also miss the feature where upon improving the PB, the updated ranking of my time would flash on the screen as opposed to exiting the TT to know the new ranking achieved.

I chose to put some time in the Corvette again, I just can't stand the fact that I have somuch trouble with this one, the toptimes are extremely close so I doubt they will drop much further but beeing at a .348 isn't realy a good feeling 🤣🤣

It's like 300km of having no idea how to handle it, after a gazillion laps i had a invalidated 6.1 😱 but couldn't replicate what I did 😭 ,it was last sector though, and I noticed my last turn is realy bad, 4th is just not working for me so 5th it is but having a smooth turn seems so hard!

In the end I went from 348 to a 1:06.303 so tiny progression but I hope it's enough 🤣

Then.....

I clearly have chosen the wrong GT mates.....3 replay dudes above me..... help....🤣
