Tips for S license golds?

I already did the Toyota and Bugatti ones but can't beat the rest
The only one I can even get bronze on is the Aventador
Using ABS 1

Try the video section, there are a few examples in there, and Twizzy has compiled a video for each of the licences.

I know sometimes people would prefer to "read" tips, but looking at a video can be very useful, I always download a cross section of the top ten TT trial times and disect how those people approach certain corners on the tracks, to see what speeds they achieve, and what gears they use.

Despite having the game from the start, I haven't started the S licences yet, so I can't personally help you.

The X-Bow silverstone is the easiest, just figure out hot to stop it from sliding and when to brake.
I had the most trouble with the Aventador, you really have to push it I found, don't worry about letting it drift a bit, 4WD is forgiving.
The TZ3 just needs you to practice those weird corners on Willow, I found it quite easy after a few tries.

Race your ghost, you'll get faster and faster each (complete) lap.

I gotta say the license tests are very darn easy if you have a steering wheel. Golded most of them within the first 3 tries.
I know it'd be a huge pain in the ass with the DS3 controller though.

But as far as tips go.... Use all the track, take the widest arc you can to maintain momentum, and be smooth.

He was not asking you to brag. It doesn't matter if you find easy if you have a wheel. He can't do it.

Just giving a personal opinion that its a lot easier if you're playing with a wheel because it allows you to be a lot smoother, and I did say that they are a pain the the arse with a ds3. And I did gave useful tips too.

On the Lambo challenge, I found I was losing quite a lot of time on the second part of the lap. Once I drop my inhibitions and let go off my brain being over precautious, I made a lotta time on the last few corners.
Hope it helps bro!

EDIT: DS3 user here BTW :D

Alright now I just need the Alfa Romeo and Av gold I got both bronze but haven't gotten a better time for the past 3 hours
I've had to use driving line for a good path but it's not helping much

Whilst driving line is good at first for learning, it doesn't show the fastest route.
The fastest route is unfortunately best found through constantly practising/retrying against your ghost

i would say watch video's, i learned there you can cut in some corners while on other turns just a little cut makes you have to start all over again... saved me some seconds, but i'm still not there for s4 and s5 thow...
i think i'll try switching to manual gears today, that will get the extra second(s) i need for sure

My tip would be to use a wheel. Much easier to do.
I would not say that using a wheel makes it easier, just bronzed them though though took me a while.
Patience is a virtue, must have taken 30 attempts at bugatti test before passing.
Practice practice and it will come.
Resorted to sitting in underpants as felt restricted and must have have smoked twenty cigarettes.

Best of luck it will come,

This was a goodtip back in GT5 when doing the Vettel challenges, but in my opinion you won't need a wheel to gold the S licenses!

As for my tips: with the Aventador, break late, accelerate earlier than you think, and turn off the TCS.
With the Alfa Romeo TZ3 and the X-Bow, better leave the TCS on 1 or 2, ease on with the gas. Don't full trottle in bends or by bend out.
On willow springs, in the last corner drive in and don't break until very late! Practise some and eventually check youtube forspeeds through some bends, search for individual licenses, there on.

I used to force a bit of oversteer with the Aventador on some of the corners, done it after about half an hour trying, did other ones after 3-5 tries.

Completed all the Super licenses last night (with DS3), for sure the last 2 were the hardest simply because of the weight of these cars. Take it really slow and easy, get the car into the corner nice and close to the apex and then get the best exit to make use of their power. It helps to at least get a banker lap in as well and have friends who have completed the challenge to have a ghost comparison. It's easy then to see where you gain or lose time in corners when it comes to getting the best single lap together.
The practice is worth it for the buzz that I got when I crossed the line and saw a time of 2:12.xxx!!!

The Subaru test was pretty straight forward I found, difficult to overcook it so just make sure you're racing line is tight to all apexes and you are back on throttle early.

The TZ3 is similar to last 2 as car is heavy, but the track is fairly simple really with very few real braking events. Read the tips they give you about throttle position mid-corner, will really help through turn 2 and the final 2 corners.

The X-Bow was strange, I was really ragged and tail happy but got gold on first attempt. I watched the replay to see how I had done it, and in the last S bends I was really nailing the apexes, even if sideways out the corner. I missed my braking point in last left hander also and had to swing the back round to get it back, which looked brill even if not the fastest way around! I was really lucky at the first hairpin as well, 3 wheels off the track and 4th on the kerb!...

Alfa- just drive careful don't speed.. That lap time is set way too easily,

Aventador, gear up in the corner so you won't spin, exit corner you gear down and speed up fast. Make sure you handle like it's a veyron tbh

Unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to claim the S License tests are easy.

The Aventador one was really a pain. I thought it was impossible and I had probably spent a good hour on it. Even at this point, I still don't know how I managed to get gold on that test.

Yup that's the ticket. I'd keep the line on (because they let you) and learn the corners where you can ignore the braking line. Letting off the gass instead of braking around a few of the corners will help tremendously.

You need to study where the racing line holds true, and where it lies. Most of the corners can be taken safely while braking way later than the driving line indicates. You just have to learn how many liberties you can take with each one. Some braking zones you can ignore completely. Others will spit you off if you take any liberties at all.
