I have been vote out as a host for many times just because I set a high level of damage and penalty. I want to get several racer who love those regulations to play with, my psn is Metzdorf.
I think you can fix that by checking the "fixed host status" box when you start the room. When it's checked, I think the room is closed when you leave/get kicked. Hope that helps.
