What, exactly, did he win? A non-championship exhibition race. Hardly a Sprint Cup title - or the heards and minds of America, wouldn't you say?

Do you think that results are the only thing people respect? No. Kyle Busch could win every race by ten laps this year, and people still wouldn't respect him. And why not? Because he pulls crap like this:

On November 4, 2011, Busch was involved in an incident during the 2011 WinStar World Casino 350K at Texas Motor Speedway. After a racing incident with series regular and championship contender Ron Hornaday, Busch deliberately turned him into the outside wall under caution, ending Hornaday's title hopes. NASCAR black-flagged Busch for the rest of the race. The next morning, NASCAR announced that Busch would remain parked for the remainder of the weekend, including the 2011 O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge and the 2011 AAA Texas 500.

And no-one can respect that. Attitude counts - for a lot. It's the same reason why people in this thread aren't going to respect you, and the same reason why you can look forward to a sternly-worded warning from the moderators in the near future.
