The G35 had a good shake down, just altering brake balance to cope with no ABS and solving power understeer/turn in response problems
 
how much of a difference between season 4.1 and 4.2 cars as in 1 lap i went 0.8 seconds quicker in my Honda

Try lower brake balance (I.E below 5 - stops locking up a bit) but its many the amount of brakes that stop you locking up

Too many guys just slamming on the brakes causing a lot of trouble and incidents....hope its not like that in the real races
 
my g35 is also looking pretty tidy for the finale at nurgburgring. just have to work on a few tweeks to the suspension to gain that little bit of bite that it lacks, apart from that im really looking forward to the season opener!
 
I know, its just I had a defalt setup on so it was abit of an unknown and seeing what I could do without crashing
 
you're less likely to lock up when trying to turn and brake at the same time and also braking too heavily
 
Actually andy I sneaked in a 1:37.0 just before the race, why was that with high boost anyway Furi? You learn nothing from that.:grumpy:
