Toggle HUD?

Is it possible in GTPSP? I looked through all the settings, and i see nothing..
I really want the HUD off, b.c on some cars the HUD blocks the bottom
Like the Infiniti G35

It is not possible without the use of custom firmware and a cheat plugin such as CWCheat.
