I'm very pleased to see AB FLUG confirmed for TXR. That means Exhaust Eve could make a return.
She has already appeared in Early Access. She appears as "WHIMSICAL JOAN OF ARC," a member of Be Legend, in a limited-time PA conversation event.
(*Her name during her ITC days was "High Maintenance," but in TXR2025 it seems to have been unified with the English translated version of her Japanese nickname.)
However, it has already been revealed that there are rivals like Polaris who reappear after being defeated once, so perhaps if we defeat her, she may resume her old nickname as a Wanderer/Boss and switch to Abflug Supra to get revenge on players.

I'm getting ready for it.

It was a kind of "dumb" system originally (think force feedback like a 1990s PC game with a good wheel or something like GT3) but very satisfying. They updated the game to have a more advanced one but I've not any real playtime interacting with it because it was after I had already completed what the EA version had to offer.

I did not know she was in ITC. But, let's hope she uses the Supra to get revenge on players.

Meanwhile, Artisan Spirits and Chargespeed are confirmed.

Some members of the 13 Devils/Zodiac have left these organizations to join a new team called Be Legend, which first appeared in ITC.
The team's leader, Supersonic Napoleon, is a mysterious character who has never appeared in TXR before, but the other team members are all legendary drivers who belonged to the aforementioned organizations.

  • Lightspeed Goemon/Queen's Knight
  • The Performer/Hard Riff
  • High Maintenance(WHIMSICAL JOAN OF ARC)/Exhaust Eve
  • Shiodome Genghis Khan/Golden Wind
  • Ryoma of the New Kanjo Line/Sitar Kaneyama
  • Weekend Marco Polo/Purple Meteor
  • Blooming Riot/Blue Pressure
  • Extreme Newton/Dark Ringleader
In TXR25, Exhaust Eve hinted that Be Legend is preparing to join the fray, and that they're targeting players due to the attention they're currently receiving in Shutoko.

They'll likely be a threat alongside 13 Devils, Zodiac, and Phantom 9 in the full scenario.

Two of Be Legend's roster are actually no longer with the team, judging from the datamined team roster

With the J's confirmation I'm crossing my fingers extra hard that the Fit from the leak way back actually shows up.

Hoping for more 90s cars to be added and some European brands going forward. Cult classics featured previously in the whole TXR cannon, like the Renault 21 Turbo and Clio Williams, the Peugeot 306 and the E36 M3 for instance.

I hope that JUN, Mugen, Nismo, Spoon and so on get confirmed. A shame they didn't get Amuse though.
Would be nice, but I'm assuming for the time being, these are brands that are requiring a higher licensing fee than usual b/c they're very well known. Junction Produce, J. Blood, GP Sports, Gialla, Garson, Garage Vary, D.A.D., & Charge Speed are the most recent shops announced & unless you're deep into tuner culture, a lot of people will have zero clue about them compared to Nismo or Spoon.

I'd like to see them all in, but for now, I'll take the diverse amount of small shops that should at least guarantee all/most of the cars will get aftermarket love.

Amuse is probably not possible. They lost their founder in 2008, a rights dispute arose between former staff and the founder's family, and they eventually went bankrupt.

Other aftermarket brands that have gone bankrupt include C-One and Racinghart/Lowenhart, which are unlikely to re-appear.
However, C-One continues to appear in Sega's Initial D series, so perhaps there's hope if Genki can find the current rights holders.

Genki announced three brands today: Marga Hills, Modulo, and M's Collection.

Marga Hills and Modulo are likely for Honda. However, the most surprising announcement today was the last one, "M's Collection."

All of their products are for SUVs and minivans, which means these cars have been confirmed to appear in the TXR25.

And Genki also modeled both the SUV and minivan include from M's Collection's product lineup in the mobile game Shutokou Battle Xtreme: the Vellfire and FJ Cruiser.

Presumably, these two will be included in the full version's car list. These unusual models are a symbol of the uniqueness of TXR's car list.

They may not be the type of cars that everyone will love, but I'm excited to see what kind of fun these strange cars will bring us.

  • TXR will release with 76 regular cars. No foreign manufacturers at launch.
  • There are five more Hondas: FK2 Civic Type R (2015), Life D Turbo (2003), regular NSX (2017), NSX Type R (2002) and S660 (2015).
  • Lexus LFA confirmed.
  • There are also three unspecified Nissans, one more Subaru and two more Toyotas we don't know about.
  • There are 457 rivals.
  • Teams such as Rings, Knife and Forks, Tokio Jungle, Changing Stage, Nayuta, Cool Energy, Family Business, Harisen Chop, Road Concerto and Aquarium return.
  • New Game Plus will be added. Presumably after you defeat absolutely everyone like in the previous games.
  • Any progress from the Early Access version will carry over in the full game.
  • You unlock new words you can use for your B.A.D. name (battle-acquired driver name) and can change it at will.
