Last I read, it will be a driver assist that you can either turn on or off.
It just looks tedious and is only made for the sake of, "How many or how long can you do a certain task" IMO. Not as ridiculous as some of GT Sport's achievements though....Made a mistake...looked at the achievements list...had sudden flashbacks to some of the completely insane requirements from older games...hope they're just for giggles and not actually harbingers of a soul crushing.
Haven't seen it mentioned in here, but turning it on increases rewards by 1.5x, so it's a good tradeoff.I also agree that it's good they're implementing the water/oil temps as an optional thing. Since it wasn't really a thing since till TXR3 anyway, letting people decide on it is a smart decision.
Granted I'll be having it on because I just need the absolute terror of having a boss car run up on me when my car is on the verge of boiling over from a heated battle, but your mileage may vary of course.
This is exactly the type of thing that made me stop playing the "beta". I felt like the full release was going to be quite a more compelling game and I didn't want to spoil it.
New bosses: Swift Emperor (only his Buddha insignia was teased though), along with Phantom 9 members: Dirty Fox and Crazy Monkey.
Lexus is confirmed with the RC F Track Edition.
To be precise, a newly modeled Hakosuka appeared in Shutokou Battle Xtreme, which was released only in Japan. This would be the first time the Hakosuka returned to TXR since TXR0.
It's fairly good with my Fanatec setup. The force feedback isn't amazing or anything, but it's still fun with a wheel.I have just purchased the Thrustmaster T598, and hoping (but I think they would) for wheel support AND a cockpit view.
Not likely, for this game anyway. They've said there won't be any official modding support, but at the same time won't prevent people from making mods for it (and it's Unreal Engine, so that's not terribly hard to do in the grand scheme). There's already a section on NexusMods, in fact.Something I hope will be added at some point: Steam Workshop Support. The ability to just download cars, tuning parts and game changes.
Looked it up, the mod community is going to be strong on this game! I love it.Not likely, for this game anyway. Mods in this game replace cars, not add. An example would be where if you want the BMW M3 GTR, it will replace the Toyota Chaser. Not likely, for this game anyway.
