 Ive read the Wanderers Faq, time and time again, but still dont get to race #355-Late night cinderella...The time is right (0h to 1h), but shes still not on Wangan North...Is it because i have over 400 wins????Please dont tell me i have to start all over:banghead:

This game is so much fun, Im half way threw with just 1 Car, the Lan Evo III, with 550hp and 2555Lb, Everytime i feel like im loosing to higher level cars, and begin to think about buying a new car, I start messing with the settings [ example, my gear ratios ] And I began beating vipers, RX7's and 300Z's at top end, I dont know what I did but im making this 4 cylinder hit 200mhp with these gear settings end boost.

nice. i started my quest with the type-st205 (94' Celica) and ive beaten the speed king with it. i got 799hp on it, and is the level 8 engine the highest one u can get?

I was wondering, do any of you know if I will be able to purchase the Z car? not the 300ZX But the Fairlady Z 83" Model, the one that I heard you race at the verry end. Is there any way to get this car? To purchase it stock? and to modify it with every tune available? Cause im hoping to owning it, as soon as I get done with this Evo III. or maby after my next car. Im @ Day 50 btw

Acctually I checked a car list, and I can purchase it later on " stock " , I just won the weak model an hour ago. From that Craft Guy. Its nice, but too hard to handel, even for 170hp, planning on getting the 250 model 2200lb

i love the game...i only have 3 more poeple to race until i beat it. I havn't been playing it much latlely cause some of the requirmnts from that wanderers are kinda time consumng. i have 860 soem wins and about 200 something losses with 30 draws. many many cars.

You can get every car in the game that you race against. I beat all of the racers in the game, so now I can buy all of the cars in the game. Two things I don't like about the games is that you have to put 1000 miles on your car to be able to have all of the last level of parts, and the fact that racers that are in the same car you are in with less power are still faster than you.

Yeah but it makes it more challenging. I like it the way it is. Power isn't always the best way though. I buy all my aero parts to reduce weight. If they even add 1 pound...I dont bother with them. Plus you always need to tune the suspension, some people don't think it matters, but take a stock car and put all of the suspension parts on it and do a little tuning, there is a big difference.

I know power isn't everything, one of the first things I work on when I get my car is the suspension, I can take most corners in that game without getting off of the accelerator, but I still don't like how the opponents cars are so much faster than yours if you are in the same vehicle even if yours has more power, and less weight.

Is there any way that you can save your original game and then start a new one and save that without erasing your 1st game????

Hey is this game as long as GT3? Is it as good, and does it have good graphics and damage and stuff?

Im not really sure about how long GT3 is. But personally, I think TXR0 is better. It has much better graphics but in the game theres no damage. Plus, if there was damage, you would have to buy a new car every night you race becasue it almost impossible not to hit a wall while going 200mph+ down those swervy streets.

PS: Im dying to find out when TXR01 is coming out in the US. If you know for sure please tell me!

Think......I know its a better. I got tired of GT3 within a few weeks. I switched to TXR0 and never went back. I would recomend this game to everyone with a PS2, if you dont have one, buy one then. lol

yeah thats true, but I think it makes the game more challenging and more fun, you never really know what to expect from the computer opponents. I remember when I first got the high way part (the long straights), I went from being one fast car, to being didly squat...but I made due with my slow car until I beat a viper. then things got easier.

I think that GT3 is better. The handling is more realistic, and I think the graphics is GT3 look better than they do in TXR0. GT3 is a much longer game, I was able to beat all of the racers in TXR0 in 5 days. Now don't get me wrong TXR0 is still a great game, and I love to play it, I'm just saying that it isn't as good as GT3, but either way I think you should still go out and get it. It is lots of fun, and it will be something new for you, every once in a while you want to play a racing game that isn't GT3, it's lots of fun, and I love customizing the aero parts on the cars. You can start out with a car, and make it look nothing like the car you started out with when you are done with it. If you do get it you will enjoy it, and you will play it for many hours before you get tired of playing it.

Heh, i finally broke down and bought TXR0. basically the same as TXR for the dreamcast, with some upgrades.

still pretty good though.

Does any one know if there is any difference between Wangan Midnight, and TXR0 other than the characters faces being on the screen, because I just bought a modded PS2, so I don't want to waste money on this game if its almost exactly the same.

dude i dont care what anyone says this games sucked cuz the graphics werent all that and it got kinda boring pretty quick... now street racing syndicate sounds alot more authentic and exciting to play.
