I had no idea what chicken scratches were before now, I made that animation after thinking that the 'most annoying avatars' thread was a competition!:O :D

The E looks like a G and the T looks like an E it was supposed to be the worst avatar ever.

Not bad. Isn't really something i'd take on personally, but i can see it's a good base pic. Reflections will get a bit messy.

 j/k you dont have to if ya dont want.........

anyone else wanna do it?

Not sure I can be bothered really, sorry.:D

Here is a start to possibly a big project I don't know. Its not in detail but I just want to get an idea of how it might look.

Lol I am just seeing where all the shapes will be and what looks best. Yes its a helicopter without the blades drawn. A CH-47 Chinook to be exact.:D

Thanks, I haven't had too much time yesterday nor today. I also have coursework for next Monday so it looks like it won't be completed for a while. Oh and I have more coursework after Monday as well.:boggled: :(

yo drifterzzz weere did u get ur avatar with all those d1 grand prix cars

hey donbenni can u give me a screen shot of ur pen setting cuz i am confused in ur tutorial i can out line the car with the line tool here is an example but when it comes to coloring im lost

The colouring has nothing to do with the pen in my tutorial if my memory serves me right.

-To colour, create a new layer under the lines layer.
-Use the polylasso to select areas to colour.
-Use the paintbrush or bucket tool to colour them.

Hey, i've started working on that porsche, I have very little done, but the final should be pretty good.

yay! thx OmicroN looking forward to seeing the final :D

No i'm not working on it I'm too lazy and I have a lot of work at the moment.:irked:

Not too sure about that picture, the grill and the out-of-focus parts seem difficult.

I can imagine the vectors will look very similar as our styles are the same (seeing as you taught me to vector through your tutorial :D).

I might give it a try not sure though.

Hmmm we will see. It'll be interesting to compare different styles and techniques.

I'm still working on the porsche, slowly but surely, lol. I need to fix up some things, and add a hell of a lot more.

I might do that Ferrari Enzo, but I also don't like the blurry parts, not cool. The angle of the shot and the location isn't too appealing either.

i decided to work on my 1st vector again of a pagani Zonda. i will enter it into the contest if we will be able to enter any car. c&c welcome and encouraged. (bear in mind it is my first vector)

a side note, i lost the original PSD file in a format, so i started form the jpeg i posted in this forum.

estoy un dumba$$

Nice 👍 Good bit of gradient shading. Not true to vectoring, but still looks nice, and you've done a good job at it.

Like i said at DA, it's an amazing piece. Good to see people still vectoring 👍

I missed this post yesterday, but i came to the thread today to post a WIP of my latest piece. Gimme two ticks to upload.
