You can see him in the other camper vans during the first race event, but I assume you can't drive as him unfortunately.

Yes it is shame they didn't use the same camera angles. But then I do feel they didn't make enough of the Top Gear brand in GT5. Those three pathetic "races" round the TG test rack in the special events were a joke. Where was Challenge the Stig, the TG power lap board, "You in a Reasonably price Car" and maybe some silly TG car stunts.

Hardly worth adding TG to the game imo.

the stig model exists...you can see him in ingame graphics while watching the TopGear Event introduction.
