Get gold on the first Top Gear Test Track special event. I think you need to be Level 4 to do it.

Ohh okay, I'm level 21 at the moment. I got either bronze or silver on the first 2 (can't remember) and gold on the Shimmywagon one (the last one), but thanks I'll give it a wirl tonight.

This is a recreation of the Top Gear, Series 10, Episode 3 (2007) "Veyron vs Plane".
The Veyron must charge one mile down the runway and back. The RAF Eurofigther Typhoon must take-off and reach an altitude of one mile and return. "The last one to finish is a vegetarian..."
You'll need to watch the episode to see who wins.
