Top Gear Test Track?

Can anybody tell me how to get the Top Gear Track. I know you have to pass challenges but I cant find it thanks.

Special events (need to be lv 4)
Get gold on the beginner (VW bus)
That unlocks it in arcade and practice.

To play online:
Go to arcade complete a race.

Sweet just got it yesterday.

Beating that VW challenge was a pain, and I still can't beat the Lotus one... that car just spins out way too easily. But I love having the Top Gear track, and comparing my times to the Stigs.

Keep the throttle open when you are breaking. It helps with the spinning.
