Don't worry about it, you're new. Yeah if you search the forums, you can find a lot of threads that have been already created by someone else. General stuff like "Top Speed", "Fastest Car", "Favorite Car", "Best GT2 Car" etc. are bound to be here somewhere.
Now if you have a more specific topic like: "Fastest Silvia" or "Fastest kei car in the Lightweight Series", then you'll see (after a search) there isn't anything here under those parameters.
