Don't be too sure about it. I've driven the Stelvio quite a few times in real (mostly on the bike, but some times with cars, as well (Mini, BMW Z1), and I have to say while it's fun to ride, it does get a little bit boring - like most Alp passes, it's basically just a 100-300m straight with a sharp, narrow 180 at the end - and that over and over again.
I'm more a fan of nicely flowing roads with less straights and some 45-120 bends/curves (the best example for me is still the SS62 in Italy, from Parma to Pontremoli).
