I have a Kindle 7" HD and after being frustrated for awhile, I just now figured out that I sucessfully put the TPE onto the Kindle. I'm not quite certain how I did it.... bear with me, I started this process last year. I downloaded it a few times, installed it a few more, but could never find it. It was not in the downloads list nor the apps list. I just gave up on it. Yesterday I sat on the Kindle and son of a gun, the TPE app popped up on my screen. True story. I had to install it a couple of times, but once it stuck, it works. Simply Amazing. So despite what I've read it works, very well indeed!
I'm not tech savvy, but if I can do it anyone can. I'm going to try to figure out how I did it, and follow. up.
