Since your screen shots list all the circuit lengths in meters I presume that you are running a non-US version of GT2.

As far as the tracks are concerned the main difference between the US and non-US versions (I have both the US and Japanese versions) seems to be the units of distance - 'm' or 'ft'.

Unfortunately, the actual distances were not converted when the US version was produced; a 2600m circuit in a non-US version is listed as 2600ft in the US version - a really silly flaw. The proof is Laguna Seca (a circuit that I personally know quite well) - listed in the US version as 3,602 feet. The circuit is officially 2.238 miles - or 3585m - in length. only 17 meters shy of GT2's figure, assuming meters, not feet.
