You have to pause while in gameplay and go to options and then display, all off.

In GT6 there were better options for HUD. You could turn the track map on or off separately, you could turn the drivers list on or off separately, you could turn drivers names above cars on or off separately, you could also have full HUD or just the lower HUD or just the top HUD. However, you can't do most of these things in GT Sport. Why on earth PD choose to drop common sense & user friendly options like this between series is a never ending source of amazement & frustration to me! Stupid, stupid, stupid...
