Track Tuning Basics

Alright everyone, heres the deal. Im new to track tuning and tuning in general. I played though the game, beat all the races and am starting over. This time I'm going for all gold. But I need tuning advice to do so. Is there anyone who could explain the basics tome? Such as Suspension and all that? I would really appreciate the help a lot. Thanks to everyone who lends a hand and shares advice. 👍
