Also, I would love to have an Eiger "freeroam" track with all the variations open at once.

Edit: Oh, and add the ability to change weather at Toscana tarmac. It looks gorgeous when the rain version is used in the tarmac rally events.
 
Love the jump at 3.08 and the car disappearing on the final straight. Great video.
 
I would love a tarmac version of Eiger K-trail, I mean it's a fantasy track anyway (not the location) and would be great for the sole purpose of replicating the opening scene of the original Italian Job. ;)

In general they should make all tracks change time/weather (referring to GTR2)
 
As an oldie any track restored to its 1950s/1960s version. Monza with the bumpy banking would be fun!
 
They should add the kart tracks like the one at spa, you can see it over the fence.
 
Cote D'Azur reverse.

It is the only city track you can't run in reverse (Rome, London, Madrid, Tokyo) yet it isn't a licensed track such as Suzuka or Fuji so there is no reason why we shouldn't be able to.

Even for the licensed tracks I'm not sure why we can't drive them backwards.

Can you imagine how epic an update it would be if you could officially race Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Nurburgring, Spa etc etc backwards. It would be like getting 20 new tracks with no actual work neeeded.
 
London without the right hand turn, Tokyo R246 Oval, SSRX Left Hand turns. Boom, 3 NASCAR tracks in with minimal work needed
 
Daytona beach (original Daytona) half Tarmac, half dirt..
