Trading/Gifting Delays

Is anyone else experiencing delays when trading or gifting cars to people?
i sent out 2 cars today and 1 took about 30-40min and the other took over an hour

Yeah...I had one sent to me that didn't show up for about an hour.

Same here but I have found if the car isn't there within 5 min, sending a paint chip usually does the trick (send a crap colour btw)

can you send a car and a paint chip from the same account in the same day?
as a side question how many paint chips can you send from 1 account per day?

Yes.

Can send 5 chips per day, 5 museum cards per day, and 1 car per day. All from the same account.

Not sure on sending other things, such as parts.

Yes, you can send 1 car, 5 Paints, 5 Museum Cards and probably 5 Horns too per day.

Dont do it all the time, but if the person you are sending to contacts saying not yet received give it a try
